This was my second opportunity to participate in the Briess Malt Workshop in Chilton, Wisconsin and hopefully we'll be back next year. They kick off the 2 days of intensive training with burgers, brats and beer at the local bowling alley, and feature a tour of the historic Malthouse in nearby Manitowac - which still features the original Anheuser-Busch logo.
